Pulse looks after luxury residences while their owners are elsewhere in the world. Weekly inspections, discreet care, and one trusted point of contact — so an unoccupied home never feels that way.
Home While You’re Away
The problem
"You own it. You just aren't there."
A leak found in October. A package left in the lobby for six weeks. A contractor who came, or said he came. When your residence is a plane ride away, small things become expensive things — and the wrong person with the wrong key becomes a real risk.
Pulse exists so a family in Riyadh, Shanghai, or St. Moritz can know — every week, in writing, with photographs — that their New York home is exactly as they left it.
How we operate
Background-checked. The same person services your home every week. Owners meet — and may interview — that person before service begins. Standardized security and access protocols on every visit.
In, done properly, and gone. No lingering, no photography of possessions beyond the inspection record, no third parties on premises without your consent. Your address stays private.
Direct line to the person walking your rooms. Preferences noted, remembered, and honored. Ad-hoc requests answered the same day, in most cases the same hour.
The weekly visit
Every property enrolled in Pulse receives a scheduled weekly service — the same day, the same time, the same steward. Below is the standard protocol; every home has a private addendum tailored to its systems, staff, and household preferences.

Beyond the weekly visit
Standing service handles the ordinary. For everything else — a passport couriered to Zurich, a plumber met at 6 a.m., a home warmed the day before you land — we operate as an on-call extension of your household.
Billed hourly against a retainer, invoiced monthly, transparent to the minute.
How it begins
Thirty minutes, by phone or video. We learn the residence, the family, the systems, and the sensitivities.
You meet — and, if you choose, interview — the individual who will service your home. Access protocols and preferences are agreed in writing.
Weekly visits begin on your preferred cadence. A written report and photographic record arrive after every visit.
Coverage
Pulse is deliberately small. Every residence is currently walked by the founder personally. As the roster grows, so — carefully — will the map.

30-minute consultation
A short, no-obligation phone or video call to walk you through the service, answer questions, and — if it's a fit — arrange an in-person visit.
