About Pulse
Pulse Residences was built for a specific kind of homeowner — the one whose Manhattan apartment is not their only home, and often not the one they're in this month. We look after that apartment as if we lived there ourselves.
Why we exist
Owners of luxury New York residences typically discover the same three things about long absences. Small maintenance issues become expensive quickly. Trusted access is difficult to arrange from another time zone. And the building staff, however good, cannot substitute for someone whose job is your apartment, not the entire building.
Pulse answers those three problems directly: a standing weekly visit, one named steward, and a written report — every time.
How we work
At founding, every residence enrolled in Pulse is walked by the founder personally. This will remain true for as long as it is possible — and when it isn't, growth will be measured in stewards added to a roster, not subcontracts sold.
Every visit follows the same protocol: full interior inspection, systems and security check, mail and package retrieval, plant care, and a written report with photographs delivered the same day. Every residence has a private addendum tailored to its systems and household preferences.
