These terms govern use of pulseresident.com (the "Site") and the informational materials it contains. Engaging Pulse Residences for private estate management or related services is subject to a separate service agreement — these Site terms do not create such an agreement.

Informational content

Information on this Site is provided for general reference. It is not a binding offer of service and does not create a duty of care until we have executed a service agreement with you in writing.

Consultation requests

Submitting a consultation request does not obligate you or Pulse to enter into a service arrangement. We may decline to accept new engagements at our discretion, including where we cannot meet the requested schedule or where a property falls outside our service area.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, imagery, marks, and design — is the property of Pulse Residences or is used with permission. Reuse without written consent is not permitted.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Residences disclaims liability for any loss arising from reliance on information on the Site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute arising from use of the Site shall be resolved in courts located in New York County, New York.
