Pulse exists so an unoccupied New York residence never has to solve those problems in retrospect.
Our service is deliberately narrow: one weekly visit, one named steward, one written report — plus concierge for anything the household needs between visits. At founding, we serve luxury residences in Manhattan, and grow the map carefully as the roster expands.

Mail and package retrieval, plant care, water flushed through unused fixtures, and on-site presence for approved vendors.
Concierge
Between visits, we handle deliveries, courier requests, pre-arrival readiness, and post-departure secure-mode.

What is a home watch service?
A home watch service performs scheduled, in-person inspections of an unoccupied residence. Pulse's version is weekly, run by a named steward, and delivered with a written photographic report — treating your New York home as if we lived there ourselves.
Where in NYC does Pulse operate?
Pulse currently serves Manhattan at founding, with coverage expanding carefully as the roster grows. Every residence is currently walked by the founder personally.
Is home watch the same as property management?
Related but distinct. Property management typically covers building operations, tenants, or rentals. Home watch — the Pulse discipline — is the care of a specific residence for a specific owner while it is not occupied, plus concierge on request.
How quickly can service begin?
Typically within one to two weeks of a signed engagement. Onboarding includes an in-person visit, access protocol agreement in writing, and a private addendum tailored to your residence.
